1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) of UAB "LeadRush" (hereinafter - the Contractor) to conclude a service agreement on the terms set forth below.
1.2. Acceptance (acceptance) of the offer is the Customer's performance of any of the following actions: payment for services, submission of an application through the website or signing of the agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with services for the promotion of websites and Internet projects (hereinafter - the Services), and the Customer undertakes to pay for these Services.
2.2. The specific list, terms and cost of the Services are determined in the relevant Order.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Contractor undertakes to:
- provide the Services in accordance with the terms of the agreement;
- inform the Customer about the progress of the Services;
- use professional skills to achieve maximum results.
3.2. The Customer undertakes to:
- provide the necessary information for the provision of the Services;
- pay for the Services provided in a timely manner.
4. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure
4.1. The cost of the Services is determined in accordance with the current prices at the time of conclusion of the agreement.
4.2. Payment is made by non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's bank account.
5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. For non-performance of obligations under the agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of Lithuania.
5.2. The Contractor is not responsible for the impossibility of providing the Services for reasons beyond its control.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. The Parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information received in the course of the agreement.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This offer is governed by the legislation of Lithuania.
7.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if impossible - in court at the location of the Contractor.
7.3. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the offer.
1. Общие положения
1.1. Настоящий документ является официальным предложением (публичной офертой) компании UAB "LeadRush" (далее — Исполнитель) заключить договор оказания услуг на изложенных ниже условиях.
1.2. Акцептом (принятием) оферты является осуществление Заказчиком любого из следующих действий: оплата услуг, подача заявки через сайт или подписание договора.
2. Предмет договора
2.1. Исполнитель обязуется оказать Заказчику услуги по продвижению сайтов и интернет-проектов (далее — Услуги), а Заказчик обязуется оплатить эти Услуги.
2.2. Конкретный перечень, сроки и стоимость Услуг определяются в соответствующем Заказе.
3. Права и обязанности сторон
3.1. Исполнитель обязуется:
- оказать Услуги в соответствии с условиями договора;
- информировать Заказчика о ходе оказания Услуг;
- использовать профессиональные навыки для достижения максимального результата.
3.2. Заказчик обязуется:
- предоставлять необходимую информацию для оказания Услуг;
- своевременно оплачивать оказанные Услуги.
4. Стоимость услуг и порядок расчетов
4.1. Стоимость Услуг определяется в соответствии с действующими ценами на момент заключения договора.
4.2. Оплата производится в безналичном порядке путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя.
5. Ответственность сторон
5.1. За неисполнение обязательств по договору Стороны несут ответственность в соответствии с законодательством Литвы.
5.2. Исполнитель не несет ответственность за невозможность оказания Услуг по причинам, не зависящим от него.
6. Конфиденциальность
6.1. Стороны обязуются сохранять конфиденциальность информации, полученной в ходе исполнения договора.
7. Заключительные положения
7.1. Настоящая оферта регулируется законодательством Литвы.
7.2. Все споры подлежат разрешению путем переговоров, а при невозможности — в суде по месту нахождения Исполнителя.
7.3. Исполнитель оставляет за собой право вносить изменения в условия оферты.
